Movie Review: American Pie: Girls Rules (2020) seen on DVD (Failed to see the entire film.)
Comedy: not recommended for young children; strong sexual content, coarse language, nudity
This movie revolves around four teenage girls who attempt to lose their virginity before prom.
The movie opens with a girl named Annie, (played by Madison Pettis,) who presumably disregards her parents wishes to remain in the house one night to sneak over to her boyfriend’s house for sex. Along the way, she encounters many happy misfortunes, (at least as far as I’m concerned,) such as getting her dress caught in a fence as she attempts to climb over it resulting in her bare ass showing as well as showing her upper half as she falls from the top of the roof through the upstairs window of her boyfriend’s bedroom. As they begin to do the deed, the boy’s parents walk in with his grandparents on face time where they are treated to his bare unit hanging out in comedic fashion thus cancelling out any of the good stuff at least from occurring in that scene. As she leaves the house in shame, the scene cuts to her friends who find themselves in different sexual situations with different people. The deed is the basic tone throughout this film, (at least as much as I saw of it.)
I learned a hard lesson when I attempted to watch this movie two days ago with Chris. I should never attempt to watch movies with them as their schedules just do not allow them to sit and watch a movie without being disturbed. You would think this would upset me given how I was looking forward to watching it and it did to a point. However, as I find myself having the same problems which also result in me not being able to watch movies at my house, (always having things happening, people coming in and out, the need to do things as I watch the movie instead of just watching it, ETC,) I’m not mad at that. Having said that, I was a little annoyed as I was really looking forward to blogging this movie and up until this point, I have been unable to blog movies that I have not seen from start to finish as I cannot eliminate the good and bad scenes, (scenes that I liked/disliked,) ETC as well as give the movie in question a proper rating if I don’t know what happens. Also, to be able to do a proper blog, I have to understand the movie to a point and clearly. In order to do this, I would think I would have to see it from start to finish. However, this movie is a little different. Though I did not understand any other aspect of it other than the sex and the nudity, that’s all I really needed to blog this one and say it was good. As a single guy, this movie was for me no matter what other aspects of it I may have missed. Those aspects are irrelevant next to the sex scenes.
Also, from what I saw, I was able to find a favourite character and as anyone who knows me can probably guess, it is one of the four girls given they are the one taking part in the sex acts. My favourite character in this movie is Annie because of the lengths she goes to throughout the movie to supposedly lose her virginity, (I think anyone who would tell me that she hasn’t is full of crap considering how hot she is,) which includes a sexual scene was a vibrator where she pleasures herself with one over the internet.
I also know the actress from shows such “Cory in the House” and the movie “The Game Plan,” where she was a little girl in those shows. Now I have gotten to see her as a grown up and trust me, there’s no fuckin way she’s a virgin with the way she looks in this movie. Also, the movie “The Game Plan” starts the Rock as well as her. Supposedly the ending of this movie, (as I found out from Chris,) has the four girls losing their virginity which also includes Annie. I wonder if the Rock made a cameo in this movie as the guy she loses it to.
Needless to say, this movie wasn’t bad considering I did not see the end of it. For obvious reasons, I would definitely recommend this movie.
Movie rating: 10 out of 10
