If you had to give up one word that you use regularly, what would it be?

As much as I love using this word as a means to vent my frustration, I would have to say the word I would give up is the f word because even as a 34 year old man, I still get in trouble for using it even if something angers me or gets on my nerves and I don’t like being in trouble. I will say that using it is beneficial in my goal of calming down when something/someone gets on my nerves or annoys me. Having said that, I don’t like having people close to me angry so I would have to say the f word is the one I would have to give up using.
