Do lazy days make you feel rested or unproductive?

Well, unfortunately I’m not allowed to have lazy days though I wish I could have some. However, it would definitely be a restful day for me as I would likely spend the day sleeping and be unproductive, the latter of which would not bother me at all. If people think I’m unproductive it my day, unless this person is mom, I have to say I couldn’t care less what others think of me
