Movie Review: Yours Mine & Ours (2005)

Comedy: some scenes may be unsuitable for young children; mature themes, coarse language including scenes which depict sibling rivalry

Dennis Quaid stars as a coast guard worker who begins a relationship with an old flame who now has 10 children of her own. However, they will soon find out that sibling rivalry may stop their plans of living happily ever after.

This is presumed to be a sequel to the 2003 movie “Cheaper By The Dozen.” It follows pretty much the same concept and if I’m being honest, this is all I really have to say about it. I mean, it wasn’t a horrible movie but it really had no standout points. It is also known for it’s short run time. This is why I’ve really only watched it when I have to get up early in the morning for some reason. I’m not going to lie. I chose to do a blog on this movie simply because I was bored. It’s good if you want to watch a movie but have little time to do so. Other than that, I have nothing else to say about this movie other than the fact that it was a waste of a blog due to the lack of good scenes and standout points which are worthy of discussing. These types of movies negatively effect the overall rating, not because it was a bad movie, but because there was simply nothing to it.

Hopefully my next blog will be better.
