How do you manage screen time for yourself?

Well ironically the only screen I really have time to use is my phone. This unfortunately is to everybody’s dismay around me as they are constantly receiving calls from me and then I worry if my phone works and always ask people to call it to make sure it rings, ETC. On the other hand, if I leave the house without my phone, while those around me will breathe a sigh of relief knowing I cannot contact them for once, it will be the end of the world in my eyes and everybody should watch out. I don’t care where I am. If I don’t have my phone, there may as well be an earthquake where ever I am because trust me when I say, it will not end well.
