What’s the coolest thing you’ve ever found (and kept)?

I don’t normally look for items to collect as this is just not my thing. However, in my teenage years, I found my first girlfriend….a person who I thought was cool back when we were dating but someone I obviously didn’t keep in my life as years later, I keep going back and forth between the idea of having another one vs. not having another one. This goes back and forth between yes and no. There are times when I regret not having one due to my slowly advancing age, (I’m 34 years old at the time of this writing,) but it feels like I will never have another one. Having said that, earlier tonight during a visit with my friends, while recalling a time after we had broken up….a period where I refer to myself as crazy when looking back on the events that occurred, it was determined by myself and them that maybe I should not have another one as we all felt that I could not overcome the problems that occurred back then if they were to happen in the present. In a nutshell, I was not the most liked among anybody currently in my life at that point and to say the least, a lot of stuff went down that I would rather forget about. All of this occurred in the years after I had not seen her or had any contact with her as she had moved away. I knew I was never going to see her again. However, her presence in my life, brief as it was surely had an impact on me and those closest to me. When reliving those moments, it makes me accept the way things are now and be happy that I don’t have a girlfriend. However, in terms of the coolest thing I’ve ever found, there was a point back when we dated that I thought she was the coolest person on earth and she had great taste in men if I may say so myself. Other than her, I cannot think of anything else I had collected.
