How are you creative?

I have to be honest in saying that creativity is not my thing. I’ve never been a fan of arts and crafts and building things, ETC. Having said that, I have been creative in other ways throughout my 34 years. As a child, I used to write good children’s stories. These were stories that earned me the possible idea of being a children’s book writer when I became an adult. Over time though, my ability to write children’s stories got very stale as my life was filled with other things to a point where I lost my knack for being creative in that sense. However, fast forward to the present day and people in my life praise my for having a memory like an elephant and for being articulate enough to describe anything in full detail. This is even sometimes considered to be annoying to my mother as she feels that I tend to give more information that is needed at any given time and that I just need to get to the point of certain topics. She always says, “I don’t need a big story Jeff, just answer the question/say what you need to say,” ETC. Despite my lost knack for children’s writing, I’ve taken up doing movie reviews and this is the extent of my creativity. Once again, I will say that you should not ask me to build anything or to work on crafts. The answer to this will still be no. The point is that movie reviews are my new means of being creative.
