What is your favorite animal?

Well as everybody knows I can’t stand birds. For the 35 years I’ve been on this earth, I’ve never had anything good to say about them. I’ve never been able to stand their existence. They are my least favourite animal. As a matter of fact, the same can be said for all animals except for dogs and cats. These are two animals I absolutely love. Growing up, we had a whole bunch of cats and dogs as pets. The dog was very quiet but I could tell she had a special connection to me. We had to get rid of her when her needs became too much for my mother to handle and my younger brother didn’t take it too well. I’ve actually had a special connection with all of the animals we had growing up. The best part was when they slept with me. For the most part, all the cats we had were named after certain types of chocolate. It’s funny that this question comes up because I found out earlier tonight that my mother is getting a new cat named Luan. It’s supposed to be part of my mother’s first name (Lucie,) and my stepfather’s first name, (Andre.) They are calling her Lulu for short. She is supposed to be the sister of my mother’s current cat. As for me. I live in a place where they do not allow animals but I will meet her when I go visit mom. I’m sure she will be a great addition to the family.
