I know that I said I would do the review on Eurotrip a few days ago but I’ve been busy so I never had the chance to watch it yet. Having said that, there’s been something I’ve wrestled with recently that I feel I need to address now. I wasn’t sure if I should do this or not because it sounds weird to say what I’m about to say but truth be told, it is getting on my nerves and I feel like now is a good time to say it.
This review is not on the movie Eurotrip itself. It is as much of a tribute to Michelle Trachtenberg as I can come up with.
RIP Michelle Trachtenberg: 1985 – 2025
It’s amazing how quickly things can change. A few days before her untimely passing, my friend was visiting me. I had her profile up on my phone. Obviously she was still alive and I commented that she was hot while saying that one day, I wish I could meet someone that looked as hot as she did, if not Michelle Trachtenberg herself. I remember the day she died, I called my friend on the phone and he told me she had died. At first, I didn’t believe him but then it turned out to be true. I knew at this point that I had to do a review on Eurotrip as it was the best way for me to pay tribute to her. In the days that followed, I started thinking about her more and more and realized that I still think she’s hot even though she’s dead. On one hand, it appears this may be a compliment that someone still believes a person is beautiful even though they are no longer with us. However, at the same time, it is a bit creepy wouldn’t you say? I mean, we’re talking about a person who is no longer living. Obviously, she’ll never know how I feel about her, (as if she would anyway considering she wasn’t a part of my life.) As a matter of fact, I don’t know too much about the shows she was in other than “Buffy the vampire slayer” and “Eurotrip.” I was never really a fan of the show to be honest. Despite that, I do believe she is a beautiful person even though this may earn me labels such as weird, ETC. I really don’t care.
Rest well sweetheart….you deserve it!
