If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?

If i had to change my name, it wouldn’t be much different from my actual name. My name is Jeff but in the last couple of years, I’ve wanted to change my name to Jefferson. There’s no particular reason for this. I just think Jefferson is a more fancy name compared to my name. My mother doesn’t agree though. I’ve actually asked her if I could legally change my first name but she said no. For personal reasons, (therefore ones that I would rather not disclose,) I also don’t like my last name either and I’ve also requested to change my last name to my mother’s current last name but she said no to that as well. Whether I like it or not, my name is Jeff and always will be. Once again though, if given the option, I would like to change my name to Jefferson.
