Although most people would say yes to this question due to the way they think I act, to be a leader, you have to be part of a group and I have to be honest in saying that I’m a loner and an introvert. Therefore, I can never be a leader as I have no one to lead.

One of the best ways to lead is by example. You could be a great example to others whether you are a loner or an introvert. Many people feel that leaders need to speak loud in front of a crowd, but maybe you can lead better by having your actions speak louder than their words. I bet you could be a great leader – maybe it is just not the right time, yet. Thank you for sharing, the best of luck to you!
