Daily writing prompt
What do you do to improve your sleep?

To me, there’s no such thing as a good night sleep. Between stress that keeps me up most nights and pain and illness when stress isn’t present, I would say the most sleep I get per night is about four hours if I’m lucky. I would say that the way I could improve my sleep is to actually get a good night sleep but I doubt this will ever happen.
