I know this won’t be a very positive answer but if I’m being honest, any book’s world would be the worst to live in because I hate books. Despite this, I’m able to read but the fact is that I would rather write books. These days though, I don’t even write books anymore. I lost my ability to do that with age, There used to be a time where I could fire off a children’s story that would have hit bookstore shelves within six months of being written if I would have wrote them in the present day. As I got older though, it became harder to come up with good ideas that would keep people interested so I stopped       doing that all together. The good news is that after months, maybe even years of not even using my computer for anything except purchasing my bus pass, I have finally found something I am good at writing. This is something that I intend to do until I die because I love it so much. I enjoy watching movies and reviewing them on my computer. Doing this affords me the ability to rekindle my passion for writing without having to think of any good plots or storylines. I’m something of a movie critic and though I’m not paid for this job, I like to think of it as a job anyway. There was a point where I wished I would get paid for it and once I came to the realization that I wouldn’t, it almost caused me to stop doing it. However, I was bound and determined to continue pursuing my passion as it gives me some sense of purpose in life. At the end of the day, I realized that maybe dollars and cents aren’t worth it. I’m doing what I love. If I didn’t have this, I wouldn’t have anything to do. It’s a great hobby that keeps me busy and takes away from my need to always be stressed out otherwise. This is a lifelong dream of mine that has come true. I finally found something I feel like I’m good at and something that I enjoy doing and I will not let anything stand in the way of me pursuing my dream. I’m so glad I found this!
